Problems logging in?

You should have been sent a password giving you access to the special website at the time of subscribing.

If this didn't arrive it has probably been blocked by your email provider.

Simply add our email address to your white list

Often the quickest way to do this is to simply send an e-mail to us

Our email is admin(at)uk-property-auctions-guide.com (Please add in the usual email sign. Apologies. We are simply trying to prevent that email being harvested by idiot spammers)

To get your password now please do the following:

Go to the Login Page

Then press "Esc" on your keyboard (ie the Escape button - which is usually on the top left hand side of your keyboard)

The lost password page will appear. Completing this will automatically email you your access details.

If there's still a problem after doing the above please check the following:

If you didn't get the email

1) You must make sure that the email you enter in the lost password page is the EXACT one you used when you subscribed.

This is the email that will be replied to, so if it's incorrect you won't receive anything back.

2) Did you add our email address to your white list? Look in your spam folder or check out any other instructions your email provider might have re not getting emails.

If you use AOL then you are likely to have more problems than usual. Sorry there's not much we can do with them. Please check with them.

If you got the email

Please make sure you don't inadvertently add a space at the end of your password

ie when you copy it make sure you only copy the password itself and not an extra space at the end.
