This website shows you the residential property auctions taking place
throughout the UK.
It lists when and where they'll be happening and
exactly which areas they'll cover. Please note that we don't list auctions
further ahead than a couple of months or so. This is because the auctioneers
don't finalise details of their auctions until as late as possible. Then they
print the catalogue - usually three to four weeks ahead of the event. Many
auctioneers might have a timetable of auctions for the year. However these are
often subject to change - particularly the further away they are planned to take
place. So to ensure accuracy and to minimise any misinformation for you
we only show you the imminent auctions. In any case, because the catalogues
are only released three to four weeks in advance of the auction, it won't make
any difference to you. Keep checking the list of upcoming
auctions for the latest dates. |
