Firstly, if you asked for your money back your credit card company could implement a "recharge" from World Pay. They hold onto the money for about a month, so they simply refund it to you. We have no say in the matter.

Basically we can't do a "runner". We don't have your money. World Pay do.

But besides this, if we didn't co-operate immediately with your request for a refund, we'd be in serious trouble with World Pay.

This would threaten our ability to trade online with any online payment firm. We couldn't just set up under another name. Each director would be seriously blacklisted.

This would effectively shut down our ability to do business online. Not a happy prospect for us and one we certainly won't be risking
